Commissioner Colleen Felix-Grant, appointed with effect from February 15, 2016 in accordance with section 4(1)(b) of the Act;
At the time of her appointment Mrs. Felix-Grant was an Attorney-at-Law of over nine years’ experience at the Dominica Bar. Her areas of practice included offshore services, real estate, corporate banking, commercial law, maritime law, intellectual property and trademarks, immigration and citizenship law, public law, succession and civil law; Mrs. Felix-Grant was also a certified Court Mediator and the holder of an LLM in Computer and Electronic Communications Law.
